The staff was friendly and they held our luggage before check in and after checkout, which was great. It was held kind of in the open behind ropes, but staff was always there and everything was safe. The rooms were modern and clean and had a fridge, coffee maker - all the basics you need. We did only have 3 towels for our 4-person room. The room size was rather small which we knew based on the square footage provided, but we had two rooms and one of them was laid out differently and it made it much smaller than the other. The beds in that room seemed more like doubles than the queens we booked. The beds were fairly comfortable, but the edges kind of sloped down and didn’t support well so you had to scoot in to not feel like you’d roll off. We asked for adjacent rooms and checked in early, but were given rooms on different floors. Overall a good experience as the beds were decently comfortable and the room was clean with friendly staff. I’d stay here again for the price, especially being near midtown.
