I think for any NYC hotel you have to go in expecting the rooms to be tiny and a little underwhelming for the price. Going in with that expectation, I really enjoyed my stay here! (lol). The bed was comfy, shower had extremely good water pressure, great window and natural light, and location was good for my purposes. I would stay again!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location is very convenient and walkable to majority of attractions. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Staff was extremely unapproachable. It felt like we were bothering them to do their jobs. The hotel charges for everything, yet it looks old and not up to date. When checking in, we asked the front desk staff if everything was okay, because she seemed irritated. She replied “not really” They also charge a $80 resort fee which was Mentioned prior to booking. We travel to nyc for work quite frequently, and this was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at.
