I was really disappointed with my stay at the Art House Hotel. The rooms are much smaller than expected—especially the bathroom. For two people, it’s extremely uncomfortable: there’s barely any space between the bed and the wall, so getting to the closet or even getting dressed feels like a struggle.
The water pressure was awful—so weak that you can barely rinse soap off. We politely asked customer service three times to check it. Each time they told us it was “fixed” or “checked,” but nothing changed. It honestly felt like they didn’t care and didn’t want to solve the problem or help at all.
Another downside: there’s no fridge in the room unless you request one, which should be standard at this price point. Cleanliness also wasn’t great—the room wasn’t as clean as it should be for what you pay.
Breakfast was also misleading. It’s advertised as “complimentary for $15,” but it’s basically just one coffee plus one croissant or one bagel, nothing more. On top of that, you have to wait in a long line—at least 30 minutes—so don’t expect a real breakfast experience.
The only positive is the location, which is great—but only if you’re using the hotel strictly as a place to sleep. Otherwise, I don’t recommend it, and I definitely won’t be returning.
