Pleasant stay

Nice location. Quiet and away from busy noisy streets. The staff were polite and helpful. Room is freshly updated and had everything I needed. The only thing that was missing inside the room was information about hotel amenities, dining, gym etc.

A terrific hotel!

A beautiful hotel in a convenient place with a very good attached restaurant. Everything felt clean and new. The staff were very friendly. The view from the window was wonderful - the historic Hotel Belleclaire across the street and Broadway running by. I will definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel, great location, and great price

Beautifully clean, with great desk and reading lights in the rooms. First floor magical with bar opening to outside cafe tables. We were delighted to be in walking distance to Lincoln Center, and (via lovely Central Park) the Frick and the Met.

Room is not as described

We booked a "Deluxe King Broadway View" room, expecting more space as shown in the photos, but the room was surprisingly small. After we voiced our concern, the hotel moved us to a corner room that was the size we had anticipated. While the larger room was excellent, we also experienced issues with rude staff and frequent elevator outages. I give it 3 stars, as the positive experience in the corner room eventually made up for the initial problems.
