Shuttle was promised, never showed up. We ended up taking a bus to the hotel. Room was dirty. Wore white socks one day and the carpet turned them grey. Gross. Expect to take minimum of a walk + bus + train to get anywhere touristy! Won’t stay here again if we come to NYC.

The included shuttle from/to LGA was a breeze! Lobby, elevator and hallway, and room were great and clean, but the air conditioner in the room was dirty and had a "smell" to it when I turned in on. Left it on for only a small bit of time before turning it off in fear of health consequences from leaving it on. (Luckily it was end of October and wasn't hot out requiring a/c in the room constantly.) The included "grab and go breakfast" was quick, easy, and was perfect for an early morning start. It was a simple bag with an apple, a packaged large muffin, an apple juice, and a granola bar. All in all, I'd stay there again, for the convenience especially, but would speak up to be put in a different room if the A/C was that way again.

Great location for a morning flight to LaGuardia Airport. The complimentary shuttle from the hotel was very convenient. No frills, and good for a shirt stay. The TV was a little complicated to work, but I didn't care too much about that since I was only staying for one night.

You get what you pay for. Shoebox room next to the airport. The temperature in the room has two options - Antarctica and Sahara desert. Bring earplugs or you’ll lie awake listening to planes sounding like they’re landing on your head. The cleaning crew left their toilet bowl brush on top of the sink touching our toothbrushes. So that was concerning. Breakfast bag is a smashed granola bar, juice, the cheapest, driest muffin you could imagine and an apple. We asked for cleaning service several times and didn’t get it. And a false fire alarm went off one morning and didn’t stop for an hour. Carpets are pretty bad. Wear shoes in the room. The saving grace was the staff was very friendly - although not helpful in compensating us for the toilet brush incident. The shower had excellent water pressure and the bed was comfortable.
