From my first interaction was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. From customer service to the up keep of the hotel . Basic amenities did not work cable tv service was not working, elevator was not working, quality of breakfast bag . I wouldn’t recommend

Staff was friendly. The room was clean. It was pretty noisy. Others in the hotel were loud, and the airplanes take off nearby. The room was non-smoking, but there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke.

The room floor was disgusting , stained furniture and I couldn’t charge my phone with my usb cable , the wall plug in one was too big the adapter kept falling out , there was no vending machines or nothing the snacks up front were cash only, there was no laundry on site, the outside was really loud and inside people were shouting and running around, the staff say “idk” to everything and are cold
