2nd time staying in NY. I would definitely stay here again. Close to 5th street and the Empire State Building. Very clean which is most important to us. The young lady at check in was very sweet and helpful (I can’t remember her name) but we were given the wrong room at check in (I booked the larger room with fridge) and once I brought it to her attention she immediately fixed it and moved us to the bigger room with the fridge. I was very impressed with her kindness and caring of making sure we were happy. Also I loved that you have to use your room key to use the elevator (felt safe) another plus! chick fil a was close to our hotel so we used doordash for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when we visit again

Any request i asked, they gave it to me. Came really late to check in due to a flight delay and they still let us check in at 12am, in case you are worried for hiccups in your trip.

The floors in the room were a little damaged and was somewhat uncomfortable to walk on. I suggest runner carpets covering those areas. Sometimes socks would get nipped by the floor edges resulting in wear and tear to the socks. Overall, the stay was very satisfactory.

Location was great! Very close to the Empire State Building. The room was small but clean and had everything we needed. They had free water in the lobby which was great and a small cafe off the lobby with reasonably priced snacks/fruit/sandwiches and coffee drinks. The staff was helpful in directing us to attractions as this was our first time in NYC.
