Excellent no frills modern hotel. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, friendly staff. Booking this hotel through expedia meant no extra charges at check out (which happens at many NY hotels) We had 2 king rooms on different floors for our booking (however no changes allowed to room selection via expedia or at check in-we wanted to switch one room to a twin) Both simliar size rooms with huge King size beds (much bigger than a UK King) Memory foam beds very comforable. Bathrooms with shower very clean. Both rooms included hairdryer, iron/ironing board, drink maker including tea & coffee, safe, ice bucket(ice machine,vending machine and microwave in the basement). Daily housekeeping excellent, fresh towels & tidy room. 'Am' only coffee shop on ground floor very handy for nice coffee and fresh pastries with friendly staff. Nice little courtyard (when theres no one smoking) One street over is 'Bread and Butter' excellent store for drinks and snacks. Great central location. If you need a massive healthy salad after days of fast food, Slate cafe on the corner is excellent. The hotel booked us an SUV to get back to the airport. It was fixed price of $145 plus tip. No other toll charges etc Would recommend 👍👍👍👍

While the property may be centrally located, the quality and service were poor and sub-standard. After having paid Rs. 35,000 (USD 400 plus) a night, I can only say that the room was of poor built and quality (especially the bathrooms). As regards the service, one needs to go all the way to the reception to collect sugar / milk sachets. I can safely say that Best Western would definitely NOT be on my list for my next visit.

Hallways are really small so while housekeeping is working, it’s difficult to navigate. Rooms are small, but typical for NYC. The area this hotel is in is not the greatest. But the hotel itself is really good. Cute little coffee shop in lobby where you can buy breakfast.

The staff was so attentive and responsive! And even though the hotel is in the heart of Manhattan, we didn't hear anything from the 3rd floor room. The room was well designed and we had a great stay!
