Noise disclosure. Please note the unit is private yet is in the top floor of a multi family home and therefore you may hear light noise from a separate apartment below. Just an FYI for guests super sensitive to noise from neighbors in a multilevel and multi family home.

No parties, smoking or pets on property.
All adult guests will be required to provide a government issued photo ID at least 48 hours before checkin for guest and host safety. If not provided upon request we cannot honor the reservation. MANDATORY.
Also only guests registered at booking can stay overnight. No additional overnight guests are allowed without host approval.
