The room was messy, we found hair in our sheets. The bathroom was sticky and messy. The walls are also extremely thin and you can hear everything from other rooms. The pictures are deceiving and definitely not worth the price that was paid. The neighborhood around the hotel is less than ideal at night. There are no street lights and police at every corner. If you are traveling as a family I suggest you don’t go out after dark.

I usually don’t do reviews, however I feel this will be beneficial to future customers who visit this hotel. Despite all the issues, they accommodated every step of the way with anything with had issues with. The first room was missing the latch at the top, the room started off really cold and warmed up within 30 minutes, a the charger under the lamp was missing. For that reason, we were moved into another room which had no issues at all and was very comfortable. Hard to find parking, but the area is cool. We stayed on the 2nd floor, (it’s 8 floors) and it was noise in the hallway here and there but nothing too disruptive. Nice Roku tv, very comfortable bed with soft sheets, and the bathroom was very spacious, clean, and cute. Would stay again!

Was a little unsure because of mixed reviews but our room was super clean. Bed super comfy. The water took a bit to come out hot but we’re in the seventh floor and it was during the storm but when it came out it was hot. Not the best parking if you’re driving. Super recommend.
