OK at best!

Great location if going to UBS arena. It was only one night so we made the best of it. Bed was terrible, pillows were completely flat. They used a flat sheet for the bottom sheet which did not stay in place. Shower ceiling coming down, walls were gross, don't look in the corners. All you heard were doors slamming all night and a train going by.

Overall location was great and staff was attentive. However, our room on the second floor reeked of smoke. We were there just one night so we didn’t want to make a room switch because ultimately we were just sleeping there. All of our clothes smelled and our hair. The sheets were stained and not clean. Underneath the air conditioner was an old vape and garbage that was NOT from us. I just feel more attention should be towards cleaning the rooms more efficiently. The floors didn’t seem swept or mopped.

The room door had no lock on it. I was put in another room which didn’t have a working toilet or telephone. I ambulate with a cane however I had to continue going back and forth to the front desk for assistance. The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude, demeaning and unprofessional. I asked for an iron. I was brought two inoperable irons that were chained to the ironing board. Please DON'T waste your money!!!

This is the hood. Awoke at 5am to see a druggy in nothing but a jock strap and a dragon wings and tail dancing alone across the street. The front desk is behind bullet proof glass and I was fourth in line behind a guy paying in cash. The place smells like weed and my upgraded room had been smoked in.

I never leave reviews when I stay but omg, checked in got second floor room as I step off the elevator the smell of cigarettes hit me the hall way was filthy used towels on the floors, one room was playing music so loud as if it’s the club, went and ask for a Change as I can’t breathe, waiting about 30 mins got a room that toilet doesn’t flush, I just wanted to sleep from being so tired, will never book here again!!!worst hotel experience ever and I’ve stayed at plenty!!!!!

Bad choice! I was looking for a reasonable place nearJFK to stay for 2 nights in between flights. This place was a dump. Seedy clientele, unhelpful staff, TV had problems, which I waited hours for them to address, and not much in the neighborhood for food. Neighborhood wasn't the worst I've seen, but pretty bad. Unfortunately, necessity won out for me.

Upon checking in it reeks of cigarettes. We get to our room and the tv doesn’t work and the tv remote is duct taped together. On top of that the phone in the room doesn’t work either so you can not call the front desk for help you now have to walk over to the front desk to let them know. We switched rooms after they couldn’t get either the TV or phone to work. The next room was not any better. Cigarette burns on the sheets and the remote batteries are dead. The room is just plain dirty. Only stayed one night and will never stay again
