The hotel was in an excellent location. Can’t beat it. The rooms were clean but very minimal amenities in the rooms such as a refrigerator or anything extra but that’s fine. House keeping never came, also not a huge issue for me. The rooms are also small which I’m assuming is common in the city but if you have small children it might be an issue. I have no complaints. I appreciated the small complimentary breakfast by the door each morning and Starbucks directly across the street. Thank you for an easy visit

I tried to check in at 3. Receptionists told me that all the rooms are sold out so I have to wait for 30-40mins for check in with an unprofessional attitude. Room was not like in the pictures. There was literally no insulations in the walls, I heard all the other rooms whole night. This was my first and last time using expedia.

It was clean and convenient to theater and subway station, main issue was our room 102, ground floor next to front desk, main entrance and common area, very noisy at all hours, heard night desk employees conversations and radio at all hours of the night as well as prepping the breakfast bags, plus every time someone dragged a metal chair across the floor it was like fingers on a chalk board, can’t wait to get home for a good nights sleep. I would not recommend staying here unless you get floor 2 or above, we won’t be back, worst weekend getaway in decades not because of the room BUT where the room was located, 800 bucks wasted

Pretty typical NYC hotel experience. Here's what I did not like: 1) The Expedia description noted tea/coffee make in the room, which turned out not to be the case. 2) The elevator broke down for a day during my stay, forcing me to make a few trips up and down the emergency stairwell. 3) The room was not carpeted and had sticky vinyl flooring instead, which made it feel a bit bare and gross.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here at Citadines. However, there was no refrigerator in our room which kind of sucked, but overall, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.

I just think it was a little silly that our room was ready when we got there (no we didn't ask for early check in) but we would have had to pay to get into the room early. Otherwise it was a fine place to stay.
