They say pay when you stay but they attempt to charge my card a day b4. Then they tell me the cancelled my reservation because my card declined. Mind you, they told me and asked about what time I’d be coming and I let them know. They said OK that’s fine. However, when I get there, they canceled my booking

The lights in the room are motion sensitive and are supposed to be off when there is no motion. However throughout the night, the lights in the hall way just infront of the entry door was switching on on its own. Had to switch manually almost 7-8 times in the night. Could not sleep. Else everthing else was good.
