Location was a bit off. Right in front of the hotel there is homeless people. Room was cramped too much furniture. Bathroom was outdated and needs repairs. No body wash. No extra tolitet paper. Breakfast was not good. Stale bagels and bread. One coffe machine and one toaster which was very inconvenient in the breakfast area Very limited options. One small elevator for all the guest. A few pros was the self parking on site. Air conditioning was nice.

It’s disheartening that they cannot do better. The rug in the common areas & the room itself seemed it had never been cleaned. The restroom sink was coming apart. The breakfast area is an accident waiting to happen. Our room was never serviced during our stay. It’s not that difficult to tweak these areas a bit

The carpet floors were very dirty and appeared to have not been vacuumed. The bed smelled fresh and the other surfaces in the room appear clean. Even though the room was cool (via AC) temperature was extremely humid and the AC unit was deafeningly loud. I would not stay at this property again.

The lobby of the hotel needed to be cleaned. The whole way on the 4th floor carpets needed to be cleaned. The view from my room was horrible with all the construction equipment and a big garbage dumpster right below. The safe did not work, there was no iron but there was an ironing board, all the soaps and shampoos were in the shower but there was no hand soap next to the sink instead they installed shampoo. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Getting to the room wasn't this clean and that I checked in there was one person checking everyone in.

Check in took over 20 mins with absolutely no greeting from the staff. They also copy your drivers license for their 'records'. Very concerning. Rooms are dirty and have such a bad odor. Don't try to save a little and book this hotel. You'll regret it. Location isn't great, but is close to the Staten Island mall.

Good enough for one night stay. Would look elsewhere for a longer stay. The room was small, very basic, most electrical outlets didn’t work, chipped table and countertops, empty food containers in hall, complimentary breakfast was so-so.

Most of the staff don’t have any clue about anything. They gave Coffee pot in the room but nothing in there, we asked for a sugar sachet, front desk person not even looking & straight send me to dinning area told me they will have it, unfortunately nothing there either. Room has iron board but no iron.
