When I arrived in New York I asked for a shuttle from the airport. They called a car service that they use and never told me I had to pay. The driver notified me upon arrival that I to pay for the ride. Then when it wa stone for me to check in my total was another price from what I booked. When making it to the room it was smaller then what I booked and was got over night. I noticed the vents was closed so I thought that’s why it was hot. The next next it was still hot after opening the vents. I went down to the front desk to let them know and of the ppl told me to open a window cause they didn’t have fans. The amount of money I paid for the room I wasn’t opening a damn window or I didn’t want a fan. So I was moved to a big room which was a handicapped room. It was fine and cold but the next morning I was informed that I had to move out of the room because they was doing renovations. So I had to move to a third room and had to be out the second room before 12:00pm. I went to the lobby at about 11:45 to receive keys for the third room and I was told the room wasn’t ready. I had to be out of the second room for 12 but had to wait to go to another room that wasn’t cool. When the room was ready I was back to square one another small room but it cold in there. They have to do better.
