My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing from the beginning. The customer service was unacceptable. I mistakenly booked the reservation using my company credit card and attempted to correct it by contacting the hotel directly, both through phone calls and through Expedia, but I never received any response. When we arrived, we were surprised to find the hotel under construction, which was not disclosed anywhere during the booking process. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

I did valet park. Pulled right up in front of the hotel, left my car and went to lunch. Had a clean odor free room. Staff was very accommodating. Super helpful. Price was great too!
