Louis at front desk was polite and helpful. The room was perfect and exactly what we needed. I only wish I had checked the sight for the hotel first because as a member of Bonvoy, I would have gotten a slightly cheaper rate and points.

This hotel is excellent if the only thing you are doing is exploring New York City. There is a subway station in front of the hotel, cafes, restaurants, parking, and shops all around the hotel. The rooms are small but cozy and clean! It is a perfect stay for couples, families, and friends.

Great stay! Staff made in extra nice. Very convenient location near World Trade/Freedom Tower. Also parking garage just blocks away made parking convenient.
Sound the Horn! Mall at WTC/Freedom Tower is beautiful!
Running of the Bull! Two blocks away.. Gotta try Liberty Bagel … AMAZING!
The BEAT of the CITY! Radio City was easy subway ride away! Six bucks for 2 , station at WTC .. PRICELESS MEMORIES.
