Für New York Trip weniger geeignet

Pros: Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Platz im Bad, grosse Dusche.
Cons: Housekeeping muss unbedingt verbessert werden, fand von 7 Tagen 3mal nicht statt.
Location: Man kann nur mit Bus u. Subway nach Manhatten etc. fahren, in der Naehe des Hotelsgibt es absolut nichts zu unternehmen.
Zimmer für 4 Personen zu wenig Stauraum. Die uebliche Kleiderstange mit 4 Kleiderbuegeln. Statt Schreibtisch u. Kommode mit 2 Schubladen waeren Schraenkchen mit Faechern zur Unterbringung d. Kofferinhalts sinnvoller. Fruehstueck war o.k., man koennte allerdings statt Plastikgeschirr u.-besteck u. Pappbechern auch Geschirr bereitstellen. Dass manche Gruppen viel zu laut waren u. Leute in ihr Handy bruellten, dafuer kann das Hotel ja nichts. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett u.hilfsbereit. Housekeeping war nicht zufriedenstellend. Meiner Schwester fiel beim Auspacken eine Kette auf den Boden. Beim Suchen fand sie neben dem Bett unter dem Leintuch eine halbvolle Saftflasche, Bonbon-Papier u. Schreiben vertrockneter Bananen. Die Flasche haben wir in den Abfallkorb geworfen, die restlichen "Fundstuecke" waren bei unserer Abreise 7 Tage später immer noch da. Das Bad machte einen sauberen Eindruck. Allerdings befanden sich in der Dusche auf der Ablage über der Schiebetür mehrere Minifläschchen Shampoo u. Duschcreme unserer Vorganger, die am Abreisetag auch noch da waren. Wir sind mittwochs angekommen, am Donnerstag u.Samstag war unser Zimmer nicht gemacht, Handtücher mussten wir uns an der Rezeption holen. Beschwerde an der Rezeption hat insofern nichts genützt, als dass am Sonntag unseres u.2 weitere Zimmer erst nach Aufforderung gemacht wurden. Saugen u. Staubwischen fand nicht statSie hat auch beharrlich 2 Handtuecher hingelegt, obwohl wir das Zimmer zu dritt bewohnten.
