The toilet bowl had dried poop on it, the room smelled like weed, went to the front desk and was handed a bottle of air freshener and was told to open the window while it was freezing outside. This is not a hotel I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Hope, Owings Mills

The property served this purpose for somewhere for me to just sleep for the night. The area was not very safe car repair shops. No parking on the street. Had to park a block and a half away from the hotel. Looks like they were doing renovations to the bathroom, but did not finish. Once it’s done, it will be so much better. The rooms are too small for everything they have in it could barely move around the bed.
