Room was small but very clean, comfortable, & updated. Front desk staff were helpful & check-in was fast and easy. Bathroom had a very nice walk in shower and there was an ice machine on our floor. Places to dine and go shopping are all within walking distance and theres a playground close by. An entrance to the subway is super close, making it easy to get around New York. AC worked well.

This place was horrible. Not like the pictures, they put us in a room in the basement that was next to the garbage room. We had to walk through piles of garbage to get to the room. The room smelled like a pack of cigarettes despite the room being labeled as a non smoking room. There was also another door in the room that led to the street but it was locked you couldn’t open it. I asked if we can be switched to another room and they told me no because the room was booked. I ended up checking out right there on the spot and spent the night in my car. I felt so dirty and unsafe in that hotel that I preferred my own car. Never again and never would I recommend this place.

The location is great.The Grand Street subway station is literally around the corner.There is a hugh variety of food options in the area,but late night choices are scarce.Overall,if your just in NYC for a short stay it's not bad.Hotal staff was great.

Hotel was really dirty. Had hair all over in the shower booth + on the bed sheets. Walls are not clean. The gentleman at the front desk was nice but other than that, hotel is not nice.
