This is a new-feeling property, everything is clean and fairly modern. Only real downside is the complete lack of parking. Be prepared to hunt for residential street parking if you don't want to park on the metered street parking out front (and thus have to wake up before 8am to get the meter going to avoid a ticket.) I had good luck parking on Ann Street just 2 short blocks away. It's not a gentrified area, but I felt totally safe walking from my spot to the hotel at 11pm. My car was totally fine. Would definitely come back here again. Really hope they work on that parking.
