Its was ok overall. The inside was small and only 2 small elevators wich was an issue in the morning when everyone was coming down. Outside seating was ok in size but being out in the street you could smell trash and urine sometimes. Rooms was decent size and clean. Perfect if all you need is a place to sleep comfortably.

The location was good and the room itself was ok. Clean and tidy, no frills. One elevator was down for nearly the entire 4 day stay so the other elevator was very busy. A lot of extra time spent waiting for elevators since we stayed on the 23rd floor. And for the first evening, there was no phone, no internet, no TV and no way to contact the hotel since their entire system was connected to the WiFi. This was not communicated to guests but also, only having 1 elevator would make it problematic to check at the front desk or for the hotel staff to visit the rooms. So overall was just ok, staff was apologetic but not much could be done about these issues.

Good hotel and great location for the money, let down by lifts, only one working most of trip, and being on the 26th floor was great, as lift took ages getting up and down as it was stopping at nearly every floor due to demand and the small lift couldn’t cope. We did walk down the stairs a few times, but going up wasn’t an option with pregnant wife. One day I waited 30 mins from calling lift to getting to room, to find my key didn’t work. The whole trip up, down and back up took 1hr 10 mins, which wasn’t a great end to the day of exploring New York

I did not have a great experience. The front desk guy was really rude, didn't give me information about the parking I had to pay double the amount. They told me to contact management I have not heard from them. The staff was very nice & accommodating.

Clean room. Great view of the city. Friendly staff and very attentive. Draw back was the facility has 2 elevators and one quit working. WiFi went out for several hours and the phone was out. Went to the bar and could not have a cocktail because they were out of ice.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Front desk was nice and quickly assisted me. Housekeeping and all other support staff were always pleasant. There are only two elevators. One was broken when I was there. The elevators were always packed. I was on the 12th floor (of at least 27). I always had to take the stairs down because the elevator was always packed by the time it got to me. The stairs are very narrow and when I took them, there was always some kind of trash at the corners of some floors. The housekeeping cart remained in front of my room for my 3-day stay. I thought that was weird. I had to ask for my luggage to be picked up because I knew I wouldn’t have a chance to get on the elevator to take them with me. They sent someone right away. They also got my bags out immediately when I was ready to load up my ride to the airport. The room was fine. NYC-sized as I expected it to be. It served its purpose. No complaints there. Bathroom was clean. It was nice and newer looking. The WiFi was either bad or down for most of my 3-day stay. It wasn’t so bad except when I couldn’t get any cell service when I was at the gym located below the lobby.

The property was close in proximity to what I needed. The elevator broke the second day there (out of 5) and never got repaired. A nightmare to get to the 26 th floor WITH NO HELP FROM THE FRONT DESK OR MANAGEMENT!!! Horrible!! Internet went out, no compensation

The property is nice and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I would comment is the street parking, there is only 1 lane for incoming cars and if you’re taking a Lyft or Uber just make sure you don’t make them wait because they will block the street, but other than that, all else is fine! Close to MSG if you are watching an event there, walkable to Times Square as well!

Booked for a city view. Probably should have lowered expectations. Rooms are old and musty with tight spaces. Staff gave us wrong room number initially and had mixups with our other room as well. Overall, bad experience.
