Very noisy

Room was clean, however I asked for a quiet interior room and could hear club music and people screaming until at least midnight. Ive stayed here before and there are no quiet rooms. Stay somewhere else if you need sleep like me.

Scammers

Fees at check in. Charged 100$ for wifi, when advertised as free wifi. When asked front desk at checkout, claimed a “service fee” and i would be refunded some of the money. Both fees and internet were supposed to be covered, but was charged at check in. Do not go here.

The rooftop lounge is a great place for drinks. Room was nicely appointed, bed and bedding were excellent, loved the all-marble bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One issue I encountered: the restaurant downstairs, Serafina, is supposed to be open for breakfast and provide room service to the hotel, but they never answered their phone. That's not the hotel's fault, but I wouldn't rely on that amenity.

The hotel room was small, but ok. There is no mini fridge or drinking water in the room. You have to go to the lobby to request water. The elevators are super slow and you need to tap your card multiple times before it goes to your level. The pillows were lumpy but the bed was fine. For a destination hotel, it lacks in comparison to other hotels.
