The room was clean. The walk to Times Square was not bad at all. I would definitely stay again, but would probably upgrade to a suite or better room that has a better view. Some of the hardware was scratched up, but other than that the room was solid. The lights were a little weird because some weren't turning on and it would turn off randomly.

Room and hotel were excellent. Staff were super helpful and always welcoming. Area is good for getting around and located next to lots of useful places. Only one thing stood out as a negative for us in that there was very little storage for clothing due to lay out of the rooms. This wasn’t a big deal and we just rotated between the hangers and our suitcases. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great location for exploring the city.

The hotel is good-looking and pleasant. It has many cute touches (e.g. all the room numbers are even!). The block is really seedy and the area is very busy but we keep going there because of the convenience of the close proximity to Penn Station. The hotel has all the amenities one would need but don't expect anything more. There's only a primitive closet in the room and no bathrobes or real glasses in the bathroom. We had a room overlooking the street and, surprisingly, the noise was minimal.
