2 Hours to get our valet car. 15 minutes to get it after I complained at an hour and 45 minutes. Person wh brought the car back had slits for eyes and looked high to me.

Room was clean, a good size and the temperature was never too hot or too cold. Our room came with a city view where we could see the Empire State Building, which was amazing. All of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast team were friendly and helpful, and despite being on a higher floor we had no trouble getting a lift down to breakfast every morning. It would have been nice to have a wider range go breakfast foods but what was available was tasty and filling. The plastic cups and cutlery at breakfast is wasteful though, so the hotel would benefit from more sustainable flatware for guests. Overall our stay was very good and we'd happily recommend this hotel.
