Greetings, We really enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere is very welcoming and pleasant. The staff was very respectful and attentive, and the bartenders were especially friendly. Their cocktails were excellent. As a constructive suggestion, the elevator could be managed by a staff member so it flows more efficiently during this busy time of the year. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you for everything.

Fire alarm went off multiple times at 11:30pm-12:30am, housekeeping never arrived and had to remind them to service our room at 4p while we were changing/showering for our evening show, only two elevators for a very large hotel so morning breakfast/checkout was extremely difficult to get to the lobby, would call down for towels at front desk with no one to answer multiple times. Not worth the rate they requested.

The hotel lobby was very nice and decorated for Christmas and very spacious. They had a bar that opened in the evening and the complimentary breakfast was good. The staff were also great and always very helpful.
