Staff was great hospitable and courteous. My room, towels were delivered clean. The good Coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Those crosaints were very good also!! Water and heat was on point, both were hot or you could set to your liking!?

Room was clean, but there was no sound-proofing whatsoever. The walls were paper thin. My room was on the first floor, around the corner from the lobby. I checked in around 9:00pm to try to get some sleep before a 6am flight the next morning out of LGA. I barely got any sleep because I could hear everything occurring outside of my room. The entire night from 9pm to 4:30am, I was woken up constantly by the sounds of people talking in the lobby. Why there were people in the lobby talking at 2:00am, I don’t know. Perhaps if you were not on the lobby level then things would be fine. The room was perfectly nice and clean, after all. But I would caution against prepaying; make a reservation and, after arriving, but before paying, ensure you are not on the first floor. Otherwise, cancel your booking and seek accommodations elsewhere if you want to sleep through the night!

Window was left open in our room and could not shut it without assistance. Front desk guy was very friendly. Rooms need some TLC. Grey sweats left in room from previous person. We had to chose a quick hotel with flight cancelled. No frills for sure

The room was a disaster. The window was left open, the bed was filled with hair and crumbs, and when we turned on the heating, there was an awful smell. There was gunk and dead bugs stuck in the AC unit. The person working at the front desk moved us to another room upon request, but it was still dirty. There were brown, yellow, and red stains on the mattress, a hair-filled soap in the shower, mold by the shower, and hair on the beds. The rotten smell was still there, but not as bad. My card also stopped working a couple of times. The workers were very helpful, but the rooms were disgusting and the smells were awful.
