Terrible , go somewhere else , not safe . Main entrance to reception accessible by stairs only , elevator to street level accessible but always locked . Surrounding areas unsafe , groups of men hang around the area and are noisy . Hotel to train station close by you can hear train going and coming . Room smells urine , I had to ask for a freshener to mask odor since there’s no other available . Blankets , pillow cases and towels brownish and old , towels have brownish- stains and shredded at the end . When I asked for towel replacement , I was told no other towel to spare . After half an hour housekeeper came with 2 towels , claimed our towels are not dirty but just stained . Pillows almost flat, comforter very old , stained and torn. Receptionist gave as a key card that didn’t match our room number . Never again . Don’t book this hotel, reviews are not accurate .

It's a nice quiet, yet discreet, area. Reminds me of a dorm stay. I am definitely making this my preferred when I have my visits. The parking is normal city parking that'll you have to find. Don't let it discourage you.

I did not even stay there. The front desk was so terrible that I left. I would like a full refund but since it is non refundable and they're attitude was purely horrible and rude, I would rather never avoid revisiting that nightmare. The front desk lady who claimed to be the supervisor was literally yelling at me while answering my questions- absolute trash.

Arrive at 4:00pm one hour after the “check in” and still wait almost 1 hr 1/2 half more because they did the “check in” base on who came first…?? and what about the check in 3:00pm??? I paid TWO rooms and one of them said he wants to leave when we ask they said you need to call “expedia” and they will do it, when I did it they call the hotel- hotel says NO we cant cancel (we can) but we would NOT return the money.. so it was stay or stay. Once in a lifetime - never again.
