The place is nice but there are no mirrors in the room or bathroom. I had to ask for toilet paper and the parking is just terrible

No outside disability access ramp. Particular female staff member was rude to me. Bombarded my phone to return after I canceled a subsequent reservation. Amenities not worth price of hote. Bad area of Bronx. Close to transportation. No parking.

I Epifania s cuevas!. This is clean and desinfected? The serviets is anti _ septics! The bath clothes smellings to the machines 35 degree for killed the germes all are whited!. The foods is good too and very moderns? Yhe girls on fires is good!.12/5/25.

When I arrived the room as not ready even though I was doing a late check in. There was not water at the room. The water dispenser machine was not working. The room and hallways smell like cigarette and the insulation of the room is terrible every single noise goes through, the train that is across the street the people talking at the hallway, every single noise can be heard on the room. The lady at the reception was kind and she was doing her best to assist the customer with water as both of the machines were out off service

There was no housekeeping provided for the 4 nights that I was there. The towels were off a cheap quality and my request for more towels was never honored. The hallways were cold. The pillows were flat as pancakes. It was a terrible experience. I’m sorry but it was.
