I’m giving this hotel two stars due to several issues during our stay. First, an alarm went off and when we tried calling the front desk, no one answered despite calling about three times. We had no idea what was happening. When we checked outside our door, we saw a room key sensor on the floor, which made the situation even scarier. We were four girls staying on the 35th floor with no guidance or answers, and it caused a lot of panic.
On top of that, housekeeping didn’t come to our room until the last day. Our trash piled up for about three days, and we never received any toiletry restocks.
Lastly, breakfast was advertised until 11 a.m., but by 10 a.m. there was barely anything left.
Overall, the lack of communication, cleanliness, and service really affected our experience.
