The room was clean, well‑maintained, and adequately sized for Manhattan standards. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything was in order throughout my stay. Despite the busy area, noise levels inside the room were minimal, which made for a restful sleep.

Room was fine, clean, very small. Heat was not working and thermostat had to be replaced. Staff was very nice and was able to fix quickly. Fire Alarms went off 3 times at 1 in the morning night two. I guess it happens? Breakfast is super busy. and the elevator thing can be alot- plan for extra time if you are trying to go in/out during busy times. All of the employees working breakfast were so amazing and working very hard, they deserve raises! Had a pretty bad cold and asked for tea bags for the room at the front desk. ( only coffee with the Keurig) Was told housekeeping would be right up. Waited an hour, went back to Lobby and was told by another employee about coffee, hot water and tea that was available all day every day in another room- wish we knew earlier than the night before we checked out! Front desk (maybe manager?). Helped us out with that and also a billing issue we had when we arrived, we were very grateful for his help! Close to everything, very convenient in terms of going to shows, restaurants etc. All in all, checks the boxes, We slept well, got where we wanted to go.

I’m giving this hotel two stars due to several issues during our stay. First, an alarm went off and when we tried calling the front desk, no one answered despite calling about three times. We had no idea what was happening. When we checked outside our door, we saw a room key sensor on the floor, which made the situation even scarier. We were four girls staying on the 35th floor with no guidance or answers, and it caused a lot of panic. On top of that, housekeeping didn’t come to our room until the last day. Our trash piled up for about three days, and we never received any toiletry restocks. Lastly, breakfast was advertised until 11 a.m., but by 10 a.m. there was barely anything left. Overall, the lack of communication, cleanliness, and service really affected our experience.

Room was a little cramped, but expected from a Times Square hotel. Breakfast was decent, but they manage crowds well. Overall clean . They don’t have a lobby, so if you’re waiting you don’t have a place to sit.

Was clean enough. But there was a small issue with the toilet making gurgling noises, which was enough that we had to shut the bathroom door at night to not be bothered by it. Staff came up several times but it never really got fixed. Staff at the front desk and in the dining room were very kind and courteous and helpful.

The room was great, and so was the staff. At check-in, we got upgraded to a double to be more accommodating. However, the fire alarm went off at 1 am, and then there were 4 announcements made into the room on an intercom system, which were incredibly loud and unnecessary. The room was clean and the staff was quick and efficient. The breakfast staff was busy and accommodating to the multitudes of guests. The fire alarm went off at 1 am, making us wonder if we needed to evacuate, but someone came on the loudspeaker a few minutes later to say everything was fine. The only part that was unappreciated was that they came back on 3 more times over the next 15 minutes to say everything was fine again and given the late hour in the middle of the night it seemed excessive and invasive.
