The hotel was in a great location. It was clean and the staff was attentive. The breakfast was limited and EXTREMELY crowded with the dining room/buffet serving 3 hotels. I would stay here again for the convenient location to Broadway shows, staff friendliness and comfy bed. However, I would plan on somewhere else for breakfast.
Great location! Nice and close to all the action. Breakfast was great! Hotel staff was nice. Bed was decent. The overall room was tiny with no space to put clothes or a suitcase.
Waited 20 minutes for an elevator and when one finally came, got accosted by the group occupying it and wouldn’t allow us in it with our suitcases. We had a flight to make and wasn’t going to wait another 20 minutes for another elevator. A very aggressive man got in my face and was shouting at us and followed me thru the lobby yelling at us that he hopes we miss our flights. My teenage daughter had to yell at him to leave us alone and was crying. Not acceptable.
Fantastic location, reasonably priced, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, organized elevator system, courteous, professional and helpful staff. I would stay again in the future. I can’t think of anything that was unsatisfactory.
Great location to Times Square. As with most hotels in NY, the elevators were slow. The room was small but efficient and clean. Good city view from the rooftop bar!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
After waiting 30 minutes for an elevator with no luck we had to walk down 17 flights of stairs with our luggage. I have an injured knee in a brace, we passed two handicapped people also struggling their way down the stairs. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Also, there was nowhere to sit at breakfast at 7:15am, we had to stand and eat our breakfast. The room was okay but the bathroom door was nearly impossible to close, the stream from the shower was weak and the shampoo holder was broken.
I expected better.
Great hotel, it has great customer service. The beds were comfortable, although the rooms are very small, everything is walkable distance from the hotel, five minute walk to Time Square. Five or six minute walk to the subway. Of course, depending what direction you’re heading. They had full on breakfast. You are better off going before 8 AM cause the breakfast area does get busy even though it’s was a pretty big seating area. They also have complementary leave your luggage at no additional cost. If your flight is later in the afternoon and you have to check out the day of but you still wanna do some more sightseeing before your departure. It also has a rooftop bar with an amazing view.
The front desk staff were all so nice, especially Nicholas🤗. The hotel was in a great location and super clean. The bed was very comfortable however, I prefer fuller pillows.
The breakfast buffet looked great but we never ate there as it was always packed.
If you don't like waiting for an elevator be sure to ask for a lower level room.
Would definitely stay here again !!
The staff worked well with us during check-in to fix our changing itinerary. The room was decent and clean. The elevators did not work the following morning and we ended up hiking down 10 flights of narrow stairs. The breakfast set up was chaotic and there were not enough places to sit down. Overall, the hotel is close to subway stations and Times Square and is okay enough for a lower budget but would not be our first choice next time.
