Fantastic lobby & bars in this hotel, very conveniently located a stones throw from time square- making it super easy to get around on foot, but also placed in the middle of the city for Ubers. Staff were always super friendly, room service was quick, rooms were compact but still well done with enough space for staying 6 nights with large luggage.

We had a short stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in New York from 30th April-3rd May 2025 - the hotel was great! The bed was really comfortable, the room was spacious enough for the short stay, the shower was fantastic, bottled water was provided daily, the room was equipped with a hairdryer, coffee machine, plenty of towels, extra pillows etc. overall the room was 10/10. Being in the hotel, you would not know this was just off Times Square, as soon as you entered the lobby the noise of the outside world disappeared & you were greeted with great music. Every elevator had music playing, however again this could not be heard anywhere it wasn’t meant to be. The rooms themselves were very quiet too - we heard no outside noise. Every member of the team we spoke to was very friendly & helpful. The location was amazing, everything we needed was a short walk away, whether this was food/drinks/subway stations etc. the location was great! We would definitely recommend the Hard Rock Hotel in New York & hope to return ourselves one day!

Like a Wonderland Hotel

First stepping out from the Lyft car, we were immediately greeted by an attendant. Our room was upgraded by JT to a suite at no request from me, but I'm sure I was charged for it. However my final receipt doesn't show the upgrade fee, but my credit card shows the second charge... The room was beautiful, clean, fresh linens with complimentary water and coffee, a bathrobe (do not take home $$$) and slippers (Can take home for free) the hotel is within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, Time Square and a Subway Station depots.

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We had no issues at all with room. The location is ver centrally located. Turn the corner and you're right in Time Square. Walk the other way and around the corner down a few blocks to Rockefeller Center. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Hotel in the heart of Time Square

Overall it was great. The hotel and room were very nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We did not eat at the in house restaurant but we visited the RT60 bar and it was amazing. I had the Purple Rain drink and would say it was the best drink I had the entire week while visiting Manhattan. The views from our room and the rooftop bar were spectacular. We did have an issue with the shower drain. We noticed it was draining slowly when we first arrived and by day three it overflowed and flooded the bathroom floor and put into the entryway by the closet. I reported the issue and it was fixed promptly. The only other things is the pillows. The bed itself was so comfortable but the pillows we not good at all. But in spite of this we still had a 5 star week at the hotel.
