I loved that they were able to hold our luggage for us after check out! Our plane didn’t arrive til 5:30pm so we left our luggage with them and they held it

I decided to spend a quiet weekend alone to relax, catch up on work, and sleep without my family. The Dominican housekeepers were loud the whole time they were outside my door and when I left my bag right inside the door once I checked out, they said they couldn't find it. They couldn't find it . I have stayed at Hilton Honors hotels before and I expected better than what I got this time around. The room rug had many dirt stains that made me uncomfortable walking around barefoot. The headboard had a tear in it. I was promised a microwave in the room but never got one and couldn't heat up any left over meals. I liked having a communal fireplace in the lobby, except when I went to use it, it didn't work. I wasn't able to order room service for breakfast because it wasn't an option. The shower gel and conditioner in the shower was empty, my firestick wouldn't work because the internet speed was low. The hallway and elevators smelled like Marijuana and unless the room is super cheap, I won't be staying there again.

The hotel is super close to subway stations to get uptown fast and easily, but it’s also close to good food and stores if you want to walk!

It was fairly close to where we needed to be. The bathroom door (barn door style) would not stay closed so we had to prop something against it to keep it shut during a shower. Even though we did not put our used bath towels on the floor, they were removed and not replaced.

Great location close to subway entrance

Nice hotel to stay in the Financial district. Quiet at night and there are restaurants and markets in thr back street. Also there are three subway entrances close by. Definitely recommend if it’s your first trip to NYC and don’t want to relax at night without the city noise.

Check in was good. Tv was not working in a room had to change room after a 6 hour flight, very inconvenient and gym equipment was missing parts. Not many places to eat close by.
