Check-in was a breeze. Room was clean and orderly, and just as pictured/expected. Staff was helpful, attentive, and polite -- and even went out of their way to better accomodate me, even without me making any additional requests to them. I chose this hotel after staying at nearby hotel one block away and having a poor experience. From here on out, I'll definitely come back here now in the future. Great job, Hilton NYC!

I was given an upgrade to my room and it was clean and comfortable and good price. The man at the desk said he was going to give me a room with a view. The view was very funny. All in all I had a great stay there.

There were a few pros and many cons of staying at this hotel. The pros: -Great location! Walking distance to many attractions. -Parking garage directly next door. -The beds were comfortable. That’s where it ends. The cons: -Terribly loud. We were in room 306 and heard loud music and bass all night. It was the worst nights sleep. We had another room as well (303) and they heard slamming doors and the elevator all night. - I called ahead and requested a room on a higher floor and when we went to check in, there was no note in my reservation. The front desk was not helpful and said we could wait an extra 4 or 5 hours to get a room two floors higher. The view wouldn’t have been any better so we decided to stick with the 3rd floor. -Housekeeping is extremely slow. We requested extra blankets and it took over an hour and a second phone call before we received them. -The view was absolutely terrible. It was my daughter’s first time in the city and we were very disappointed with our view. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again. It is definitely not a good place to rest and relax after a long day exploring the city
