Breakfast was ok but our room wasnt once cleaned or towels changed in the 4 nights we stayed!. Location was good but a bit rough with drug users jacking up on needles on the same street, this isnt the hotels fault I know but something to be aware of if chosing this hotel and staying with children.

This is a really nice NY hotel option. Affordable (at least for NYC), and well-run. The staff were great. Good shower and A/C, really made NYC in a hot, hot summer tolerable. The breakfast area is kind of a madhouse, the space just not big enough to accommodate the crush of people using it every morning.

The property is a typical 3 Star hotel in major cities, there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel so noise even on weekends was happening in the early morning hours. I reserved a 1 queen room and it was misleading as I sleep on a queen at home and this was FULL bed so had I known I would have done a 2 bed room. We also had an accessible room which I love but wish they had done a better job with bathroom drainage from the shower, had to put two towels down to keep water from soaking the whole bathroom. The A/C worked amazing, bed was comfortable, housekeeping was amazing as well. The hotel offers a free hot breakfast which is a draw for school trip so I'm the mornings it was a zoo worse than Disney World buffet lines, the ran out of juices on the weekend which was sad for my son who is a picky on what he will drink. The food was good and changed each morning what was available. The best selling point is it is 6 blocks from Time Square and 1 to 2 blocks from some amazing restaurants. For the price it is a good value for what ouu receive

I waiting more then 1 hour for check in and also my room is dirty with hair in the bath and garbage and also the refrigerator has old food inside . and the TV don 't working right.
