Very crowded with elevators that are clearly insufficient for the demand as you have to wait a lot to go to your floor. Our room was in the basement which was noisy and with a humidity smell.

We chose to eat breakfast out at restaurants b/c we were looking for organic, fresh food. The AC/Heat unit cover fell off in our room but it did not affect the function of the unit. Construction was going on outside the entrance. Smokers gathered right outside the entrance which meant we had to walk through them to enter/exit the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was farther from where we spent most of our time than we thought it would be, but we didn't spend much time there as we were out and about.

The door to our room had a large gap at the top of the door letting light in constantly and making the hallway noise louder than usual. There was a wet spot on the side of one of the beds that just sat - there was ne remedy except to keep a towel on it. The radiator was outlined in duct tape. We tried to call the front desk with a question and the phone didn't work. Most of the outlets didn't work. Breakfast was horrible - sausages were in the water so long that they were soggy. The cereal was stale. A really bad experience all the way around.

Rooms were too small, even tho we order the bigger room(extra space room) husband didn’t fit in the bed . He’s 6’2 and his feet would hang from the bed . Another thing they left a dirty pillow in our room with blood on it . It was flipped so you wouldn’t see it. But when we flipped it had blood . ! It was disgusting finding that pillow . 15 min walk from time square In a bad neighborhood. Creeps at night come out. So uber back

The elevators didn't work. The view out the window was garbage and construction material, the stairs we used instead of the elevator lead to outside the building, the floors were covered with cardboard and tape and it definitely was a cheap hotel to stay at. The staff however were very sweet and friendly and apologized profusely but I guess that still doesn't compensate for the money spent!
