It was close enough to Time Square and you were able to walk there in 10 min but it was far away enough that you were able to get some quiet time.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel with a fantastic location close to Times Square, making it super convenient for sightseeing and activities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast area gets quite crowded during peak hours, which can be a bit of a hassle

Good Stay, But Breakfast Staff Needs Improvement

Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The breakfast was decent, with a consistent selection of eggs, bread, and either sausage or bacon. However, the two small girls managing the breakfast area were extremely rude, both to me and other guests. This was disappointing, especially since the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. Improving the attitude and professionalism of these two individuals would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Staff and service was great. The breakfast area is a nightmare. The rooms are tiny but it’s New York City. Walking distance to a lot of things. Some areas around hotel are a little sketchy walking at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it feel very comfortable and welcoming. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Times Square and surrounded by great restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the vibrant city life. Additionally, the convenience of having nearby bus stops made exploring other tourist attractions a breeze. While you can hear some noise from other guests and the bustling city outside, it’s to be expected given the central location. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for anyone looking to be in the heart of the action while having a clean and cozy place to return to at the end of the day.
