I liked the service and cleanliness. An apparently homeless man had taken up residence on a bench in front of entrance to hotel. Security visible on site at all times was comforting. I would definitely return for future visits.

The staff were great and very accommodating to our schedule. The location was also perfect for what we needed and the rooms were clean. There were a few issues outside the property but the on site security kept everything under control. Would stay here again but definitely recommend staying on a lower floor because there are only two elevators.

Room is extremely DISGUSTING! There was cigarette burn very visible! Also the carpets are Filthy and Dirty! The TV remote has Scum & Dirt around the keys of it, very nasty!! The AC is filled with Dirty and Dust, very difficult to breathe in the room. Carpet had HAIR from another guest, very disgusting would not recommend. Carpet and bed had tears on them. I do not recommend sleeping on the actual sheets. Towels feel course..Worst experience ever!!

On my second night, new "neighbors" made a huge amount of noise in the hallway between 11:23 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. Every time I got up to go to the door to tell them to be quiet, they were in their rooms, then came back into the hall with their party. I reported this later to the property but as yet have received no response or offer.
