taking into consideration that construction was underway, Home2 offered a clean and comfortable room with good amenities (coffee machine, kitchenette). Reception is chaotic, but the staff friendly. Luggage holding service after check out was well appreciated. Upstairs bar is lovely

Staff was helpful and courteous. Even on the 32d floor, unfortunately can still hear honking from the street and cars all night. The elevator situation is horrible, often taking longer than 10 minutes to get an elevator and then having to stop at every floor on the way down, even if elevator is full, the breakfast area is way too small for the number or guests and was difficult to get a table. Room was clean and amenities were fine.

The room was never cleaned even after verifying that services were done every other day. I had to request them we were kept out of our room in the evening after 8pm while they had all day to resolve the issue. Elevators were awful at one point we waited for 25 minutes to get downstairs.

Location is terrific to times square. Having a refrigerator and microwave is a plus. Free breakfast is nice because thats an expense you don't have to go out and spend.

The breakfast is good but there was very limited seating and way too many people to make the breakfast enjoyable. Front desk was not friendly. Young lady at front desk told me she was too busy to help because she had to check in people. elevators are a nightmare! Worst part of my entire vacation. People lost all courtesy or manners trying to get into the elevators.

We had an amazing stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton New York Times Square. At first, we were a little worried about finding seating in the breakfast area, but every morning we always found a place without any issues. Our room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had no problems with the elevators, and most of the time we chose to use the stairs by our own choice. The staff was always very helpful, friendly, and attentive, which made our stay even better. Overall, everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
