I would like to register my complaint regarding last night, as we were unable to sleep even half an hour. I also request that you arrange for me to be moved to a different room. I am in apartment 2812, which is connected to another apartment where there is a pet. The pet barked and cried until the early hours of the morning or dragged an object that made a lot of noise on the floor. In addition, there is a door leading to a corridor shared by both units that makes a very loud noise when closed. Furthermore, the air conditioning system in our unit is defective, causing the temperature to fluctuate wildly, and when the ventilation is activated, the noise is loud and unbearable, waking us up all night. Please arrange for a room change. Thank you.

The hotel was good but the lobby was very small and always crowded. The elevators were fast but sometimes over crowded. The room key machine wasn’t working so we had to do the digital key which worked most of the time.

This is a busy hotel but only noticeable in reception, with the lifts and at breakfast. Breakfast tables turn around quickly and I managed to get a table each morning. The food is adequate and fine for the price of the room. There is an option to take food back to the room. Staff are friendly. Room was cleaned every other day. It was a good size, nice bathroom and with a kitchen area, pull out large table and chair. I enjoyed my stay. Only downside is currently no access to the stairs to go down. I understand this is temporary whilst some refurb in reception.

The room itself was quite small, and the elevators were very slow, which made getting around a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the food was very good, the property was clean, and its location was excellent—close to everything I needed. Overall, while the convenience and cleanliness were definite highlights, the limited space and elevator delays detracted from the experience.
