I need some time alone to work. The rooms are set up for solo computer work and privacy. Staff created a sense of safety and calm. Great stay for a great price!

You never know what you get when booking a hotel in NYC - staff polite and helpful but room was terrible. Could not see out the window (too dirty), microwave did not work, heater/AC cycled every 30 secs and noisy. Bed okay but rest of very limited furniture was cheap, broken or battered. Good location for us but we will not stay again.
