Restrooms always dirty. The bedrooms with a little blanket that doesn’t warm you. No heater. The aerea it’s good but the hotel it’s bad manteinance.

It appeared nothing like the photos. It was very very dirty, the shower didn't have hot water. There was a layer of dust on vents, no soap for the sink to wash hands. It truly was nothing at all like the photos. An incredible let down.

Staff was incredibly kind. The room was very clean. Rooms are a little small and the shared bathroom took some getting used to, but a good place to stay for a small trip!

Toiletries as Soap, Haur Dryer, Iron absent, Standard Assorted Hotel Towels absent, Aesthetics a no no for Chipped Doors and Paint everywhere, Bathroom Fixtures Rusty. Basically we have had to asked for everything for our hygiene, no a/c therefore no air circulation so we asked for a vent. My family Felt very uncomfortable. Basically room’s charged at a great discount approx two hundred a night just for the location and not for the comfort nor hospitality of hotel experience.

Staff was very friendly . We chose to stay on the bottom floor so we didn’t have to climb stairs. It was very quiet at night. We didn’t hear other guests or street noise. So much better than when we stayed in Times Square. We did hear workers and people at the front desk but that’s when I was already awake. Great accommodations for the price. Would stay again. Also, VERY conveniently located to the subway. One building away. Easy travel uptown and downtown.

The hotel is in an excellent location on the Subway line and Chelsea Market and Starbucks Roastery just a block away. The neighborhood is pretty safe. Our room was clean and comfortable. It had a little kitchenette with a sink, a coffee maker, a microwave. Shared bathroom was not a problem at all!

Location was good, very close to subway and Chelsea market. They were also nice to let us store our luggage when we checked out and let us check in early. However, the rooms were very dirty, with years of dust gathered and heating could not be turned off. Walls were thin so you could hear everything. The shared bathrooms were disgusting, very unclean and the shower didn’t work well.
