Ritz Carlton level staff Exceptional professionalism Did not cause “ check out stress syndrome” Bed wonderful Pillows wonderful Towels sturdy and ample Room clean Noisy by train in my section but who was to know Location in heart of city Safe Sad they minimized business center to no computers … could not do my work for my conference needed a desktop forced to go to find a minkos and go to hotel like double tree that has at least one desktop and printer for us rushed or semi procrastinating business folks in stress in these times in the news of Nov 2025.

Eli was the absolute best!! One of the most genuine and nicest person I met in New York! Everything was super easy with check in and I even got my room early. Location was super convenient! My favorite part was the luggage storage. I didn’t have to stress about what to do with my stuff after check out and was able to knock off everything on my todo list before I left the city!
