Great hotel - clean, modern with great amenities and a super convenient location. The room was surprisingly not small for a NYC hotel. The staff at the front desk were amazing - so friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect for me and checking in and out was fast and easy. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The room and common areas was very clean. The only problem I had was with the room. Our AC unit was very loud and leaving it on auto it kicked on and off a lot making it hard to sleep. When you turn it off the room gets stuffy quickly. The king bed was just two twin beds put together and the mattress was also uncomfortable and after awhile part of my body was starting to sink in. Between the bed and AC unit we could not get a good nights sleep.
