2/5 stars. The room was clean but tiny. The bathroom was roasting and barely wide enough for one. The AC didn’t work, needed to be fixed and then rattled all night long. Concierge charges $1.00 to hold your bag. I would not stay here again.

This hotel is super convenient and the staff is quite nice but keep in mind that 47th St. is shut down from about 11:30 PM till about 5:30 AM so you cannot get an Uber in front of the hotel —you have to walk out to Times Square, which is not exactly convenient if you have luggage or kids also my room was tiny. I don’t know if all rooms are that small but it was teeny tiny and had a weird buzzing noise. If I were staying for more than one night I would have asked to be moved.

The choices of breakfast was great, location was great. Things are very expensive in the area, but that doesn't have anything to do with the hotel. Glad the hotel was secure, requiring the keyboard to be displayed and scanned repeatedly for access, and the storage for luggage was pleasantly affordable at check out, and held until midnight. Great place.
