The hotel is conveniently located in Time Square and walking distance other tourist attractions. It’s a great location to be in. The hotel is an older historical style and very cute. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and a great size. We came with our two children. We had a two bedroom (1 king bed and 2 queen beds) The bathroom was extremely small and difficult to get ready in. No place to put your bathroom amenities or clothes when showering. Hard when you have a large two bedroom for 4 people. Other than that it was a cute place to stay in.

The hotel was very nice and clean! The restaurant Bond 45 was very good and the Rum House bar was awesome, they had a live jazz band and great drinks! I stayed here to see a play and it was in the perfect location - walking distance to the theatre, and we got to eat before the play and have drinks after the play without having to walk all around the city. Would definitely come here again!

Gorgeous & old but needs so much work

Our bathroom was very dirty so they offered us a "suite upgrade" it was not. The bathroom was SOOOO small with one 1 outlet. Very old and the improvements (caulk, trim work) looked like a 4 year old did them. Black grime on mirror. Used contact on tile wall. Mirror on door was filthy.

Overall our stay was good, service at both restaurants was excellent. Our experience with the front desk, left a little to be desired, but interactions with other staff members made up for the front desk staff. The doormen were extremely friendly and very helpful! Our a/c stopped working on day 2, but once reported the issue was resolved quickly. Would recommend to guests that want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Times Square!
