The beds were dirty and the bathroom had hair on the floor. We told the front desk and they quickly cleaned our room, great friendly staff.

The room was very clean with lots of small touches that made it especially comfortable, such as multiple hooks in the bathroom and two shades on the window- one darkening shade and one privacy shade if you want to let in natural light. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Great location, clean rooms, nice bedding, mini fridge. Great value for the money. It is a bit scaled back from some hotels in that it did not have an ice bucket or glasses in the room, but again, for the price, I am all good with that. The cleaning staff was very friendly when I needed something. The front desk was great with the exception of check in when 3 people checking in took about 15 min as there is only one person. We will be back!!!!

My room had previous hair in the shower again. The front only had one person working so they weren’t available at check in. The rooftop bar was closed. Otherwise the staff is friendly. I also had no one to contact via phone or message or email about credits I had.

Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room with smaller than expected with little room for luggage, but the room was beautiful and very clean. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even the handsome smelled wonderful!! There was a small fridge which was nice, but a microwave would have been excellent. We loved that we were in close walking distance to Times Squate. I highly recommend this hotel!

I was so lucky to find this hotel. I was desperate to get out of where I was staying as there was some kind of toxic chemical in my room making me very ill. I was able to book the Henri on a Friday morning through Monday in December! For $268/night. My room was very chic and I love the Hole in the Wall attached for food. Great menu plus cocktails. I hear that at 9 p.m. the restaurant closes but you can go to the lounge on the roof and have drinks there. The loation of this place cannot be beat for the Flat Iron district with tons of different subways close by. I will be staying at Hotel Henri again!!!

Hotel was in a wonderful area. Quick access to public transportation. Made it easy to get to the hustle and bustle but not have to stay in it. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean and big enough to move around in (if you have ever stayed in NYC you know this is a PLUS!) Also, there is a rooftop bar (not associated with the hotel) that serves up excellent drink options and has beautiful views of the city!
