As usual, everything was excellent. The friendly staff, the comfortable beds, the location, the cleanliness. The breakfast at the restaurant was superb. Just steps away from three subway lines. Walking distance to the twin tower memorial, battery park and the financial district. I’ll definitely be back.
Second time staying here. The location is great when you use the subway and the employees really care and make sure you are taken care of. I’ve stayed twice, definitely stay a third
This is a little gem perfectly located for the business I needed to do in the area. A block from Broadway and Wall Street, this is super easy to get around. The hotel was spotless, friendly, and well-appointed. My room was well laid-out although small -- it had everything I needed, and was clean and modernized, in great condition. The staff at the front desk could not have been nicer and more engaging. I would absolutely return here when needed in the area -- this was far superior from other hotels I have used in the past.
Staff is great, rooms are neat clean and updated, the A/C works but it's loud. Great location too, easy to get subway, dining nearby. We will stay again.
