Property ownership and staffs were great. However, the surrounding area was very noisy during our stay. We were unable to sleep until 3 am one night due to loud speaker music on the nearby street. The property personnel informed the police for noise complaint but nothing happened. Great hotel but reserve with your own luck.

The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I got in late friday night and had issues with my bank card and had to contact my bank's customer service department to help me. But the gentleman at the desk was very accommodating, and very patient until I got things.squared away. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others

The room stinks.The TV remote is difficult to use. Not enough shampoo, conditioners, and soap bars for four people.Pillows are flat, and my neck hurts the next day. For the price, can’t complain too much.

Staff at the hotel is awesome, the rooms are neat and I had a beautiful sight from my room. It is 6 walking from the nearest subway station and 2 minutes from a bus station. I definitely would go back to this hotel

The hotel delivered exactly what was advertised. The room was clean, spacious, and ready upon arrival. The Wi-Fi worked well, the staff was friendly and attentive, and all the listed amenities such as fitness center, and complimentary breakfast, were available and in good condition. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, a few key issues made the stay uncomfortable. First off, the AC in the room was incredibly noisy — it kicked on and off all night with a loud clunk, making it hard to get any decent sleep. On top of that, there was construction going on right outside the hotel that started early in the morning. Between the two, it felt like I was staying in the middle of a construction zone. The room itself was clean and the staff were polite, but it’s hard to enjoy those things when you can’t rest properly. Maybe it’s better once the construction is done, but I wouldn’t recommend it until then — especially if you’re looking for peace and quiet.
