I strongly disagree with the extra charge applied without any prior notice from Expedia or the hotel. I repeatedly requested an explanation for this charge, but the staff never responded. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and very dishonest.

Amenities - I sort of wish we had access to coffee/tea in our rooms. Especially if we’re guests who are staying for more than one night. Was fighting an allergy cold and wish I could’ve had access to hot water for my tea in my room. Otherwise, hotel was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating.

Staff was super helpful and understanding specially when we had to cut short our stay for a night because of the weather. Room was big enough, shower was great although it was kinda difficult to navigate how to make the water warm. But it’s the staff ( unfortunately I didn’t get his name) that made a big difference. Will definitely stay again.

This couldn't have been a more a lovely stay the weekend before Christmas in NYC. The staff were so kind at check in and check out. The room was gorgeous our view was great and by some miracle, we got on street parking for free about 100 feet from the hotel. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at Park Rose and the 12 pm check out is chef's kiss. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a romantic little weekend.
