Very bad smell as soon as u walk into hotel. Then that’s where breakfast was served. Very friendly staff and great service. Room was small but it is NYC near times sq. Still one of the smaller rooms I’ve stayed at but was clean and had everything you need. Could hear neighbors and doors slamming but again NYC you’re going to get it sometimes.

Bad lift and broken ac

1-2 Lifts working for 26 floors It will stop at every floor in the morning and evening.. takes more than 15 minutes to come down from the top floor Breakfast time even at 7am is very busy. The room AC was not working when we got there, they tried fixing it and then had to move us at 1am in the night.

We booked a king room with a pull out sofa since there were three of us traveling. Check-in was at 3pm but our room wasn’t ready until 4:30. The room was small, the bathroom smelled bad, and the phone didn’t work. When we came back to our room in the evening around 10:45 pm for bed and went to open the pull out sofa, it wasn’t a bed, just a small sofa. I went to the lobby and reported this to the front desk. Ultimately, there were no other rooms available and it was close to midnight before we were given a thin mattress I had to sleep on the floor. Very uncomfortable night. They said Expedia would give us 50% of the room cost back which was good, but it was a terrible night. I do not recommend this hotel.

Receptionist (lady) was rude at check in. Nicely located, easy access to Times Square and attractions, close to bakeries and restaurants but there’s a bad odor as soon as you enter the hotel. Rooms are clean bedding is good , good breakfast

I had some problems with my room, and the tub was dirty. When I asked the front desk to switch my room they put me in a room that was worse than the one I had before. It was also mold at the bottom of the tub in the new room they switch me to. I thought to myself I probably should have been quiet about the issues because when you complain about something they put you in a room much worse. Then they say there are no other rooms available. I wish this location offered parking. I had to find parking parking in other areas that charge.

Really small rooms.

I guess this was a typical New York City Hotel. The room was more than small. Tiny would be better. Two adults and one child (12). After folding out the sofa bed, no walking room. There was also no place at all for luggage for three. No way to get to little refrigerator or closet. Bathroom had no place for toiletries or to hag towels. Breakfast was so so but typical. Hope I made it clear that the rooms are small, tiny little.
