Wild check in policy

The check in policy is wild. We arrived at 225 we were told the room was ready but if we wanted to check in it would cost $100. So we had to wait with roughly 20 other people to check in, the line was massive and then the line for the elevator also massive. I wasn’t asking to check in at 11. It’s 30 minutes before and the rooms ready, let people check in so there’s not this mass of humanity stuck in the lobby with two people to check them in.

Very good value. Good breakfast, eggs, bacon oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, etc. Close to amtrak and bus lines. 15 min walk to plays. Very quiet and clean. Rooms are smaller but who stays in the room other than to sleep.

Excellent location ...nice staff...helpful. I would recommended it. The only negative about this hotel is the breakfast ...very limited and was basically a school canteen. Hundreds of people not enough seats...Paper plates and plastic forks!!! Very basic and limited food selection but was eadable just

The front desk lady, was cut and dried, we wait 3hrs for the check in, even though the rooms was ready, they want to charge $100 for the check in before 3pm. The worse service I have had in a Hyatt Hotel chain.
