It might just have been bad luck but I booked a room for three. A large bed for two (my children) and a sofa. Apparently the sofa was old and broken so I slept the first night (of three) on the floor (I used to mattress from the sofa). Upon informing the hotel about the sofa I was offered a 15% discount on the first night and they replaced the missing springs on the sofa. They offered me a new room like the one I had but, of course, with the same kind of sofa (which had a hard metal bar under the under dimensioned mattress) so I turned that offer down and had to sleep two more nights on the sofa without any more discounts or offers of, perhaps, another room with two beds. Possible just bad luck but I'll never stay there again. All utensils and plates and paper and plastic that gets thrown away too.

4 sisters traveling with 2 of us in each room. The rooms were tight but we managed. The service was good, except that one shower wasn't draining. My sister let the front desk know and I assume they got it fixed. The hotel was very busy and the elevators get a real workout. We remained patient and used the stairs a few times. The onsite included breakfast is a real time saver. They have something for everyone. We found the staff very friendly and accommodating. Great location but fair warning, 39th Street is torn up so watch your step 😉

The room size is very small and parking is a couple of blocks away which is paid and cannot be accessible unless you are checking out. The staff was friendly.

The staff were very accommodating, especially Michelle. The lobby was extremely busy; location was great because Times Square was only a few blocks away. We had issues with our room but the staff and manager took care of the situation and moved us immediately. The only drawback is that we are a party of five. The rooms are extremely small, there’s not a lot of closet space, the pull out couch dipped in the middle because the spring was broken. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good though, the elevators are really fast. I would stay there again due to location but not stay there due to the rooms being so small.

The room was not as advertised for the price we paid not much view. My friends that came to New York for the 1st time were very disappointed.It was kind of dusty, the bathroom door was broken we asked maintenance to fix and he told us when we we leave. Mixed fruit was rotting at breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful except we waited 2 or 3 hours after check in for our room. All in our party checked in way before us. Our stay was convenient to Times Square and the Theater district that was a big plus. Staff were pleasant. but we waited

Clean hotel and good location for walking. Rom was relatively quiet but wished I was not next to the elevator. Tv was a bust my phone and apartment didn’t pair so couldn’t use it at all.
