It wasn’t a 4 star hotel! People were coming and going with no security. The elevator didn’t need a key or card. Anyone could get up to the rooms. The breakfast was awful. It was like cattle in line. People off the street were eating. I would never go back!

Lovely, helpful staff. Room was clean (albeit small). The location is incredibly convenient with many excellent restaurants and activities within a short walking distance. Would absolutely return on our next trip to the area.

My room was clean, spacious and smelled real good lol plus the staff were nice as well. The only issue I had was the waters left in the room were for sale! Like come on Hyatt please fix that because there’s no way you’re charging guests $6 a bottle when water should be given as courtesy.
