Location and cleanliness made this a great hotel to stay at. Service in the restaurant was very inconsistent with mistakes and some staff looking unhappy. Front desk made an error charging and mixing personal and business cards, even after providing explicit instructions. Elevators are horrifically slow!!! Manhattan has plenty of choice, and for a hotel with this star rating, I would advise travelers to look for better options given the high costs.

incredible experience! the customer service and hospitality was off the charts. Amazing location, walkable to Times Sq/Theater District, and Highline, etc. A highlight was they have two bikes you can take for the day, for free - we biked to Central Park and it was an AWESOME way to experience the city. And lastly, restaurant is delicious and has a great vibe - ate there 2x despite all the food options in the city. Thank you, thank you - we will be back.

Great people! Great location. Room was small, but not as small as a lot of NYC hotels. Comfortable beds. Espresso machine, but no coffee maker was a bummer, but overall would definitely stay here again.

Liked the overall hotel vibe and the desk staff/cleaning staff did a nice job. The room service was prompt and the food good, but the app to order did not allow any detail so could not order extra sugar in coffee for instance. Overall I would stay again and recommend to others.

The property is unique the restaurant manager was very nice. Our original room had stains on the toilet seat however we were given another room. The bed I slept in was not the most comfortable they did however keep our waters and other room items stocked

Perfect for our weekend stay. The room was comfortable and clean and the location is very convenient. The gym is small but has everything you need for a quick morning workout. I will definitely consider staying here on our next trip.
