Incredibly convenient location. Steps away from 4 major subway lines. Nestled in the historic streets of Chelsea on tree lined street. Walking distance to the gallery district, Highline Park and the West Village. The best grocery stores and top restaurants nearby, as well as drug stores, banks and 24 hour delis everywhere. Top floor of 5 story building. Convenient elevator. Faces back of building - so it's super quiet. Charming layout w/full eat in-kitchen/living room/workspace/bedroom. Two full closets and handsome dresser. Decorative fireplace with candles creates a great vibe. Smart TV. Wifi. All Utilities included. I have sublet the space out over the last few years and received stellar reviews and feedback as a host. Would be happy to host you.
