Great spot. The email with the relevant codes and information on which unit we were staying in did not arrive on time, which was a problem and meant that we had to call to get the relevant information. The only other issue is that it can be noisy on the lower floors with people walking in and out through doors on the ground floor that slam shut constantly and are very noisy. Management should install some hydraulic door closing devices to control that issue. Double glazing on the windows will also help control noise from the street, sirens, traffic, etc, which is pretty loud.

Was my first stay at a Kasa Lantern property and was a great experience! Was initially worried about a fully remote access property with no front desk but they had great communication and clear instructions for access and any amenities needed. Property was clean and more spacious than the majority of other hotels that were 30-50% more expensive. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

I want to move into this building!

Loved this place. Super convenient to everything, great accommodations, some nice little luxuries in the room too. The kitchenette was so fun. You don't see that as much these days. I want to live in that room!

When I arrived in the room my window had an enormous crack in it and despite notifying “staff” twice about it there was no communication or reaching out. I frankly felt unsafe with the window looking like it was about to cave in with a light breeze.

Great location close to all methods of transportation and to many amenities. Restaurants and shopping experience are around every corner nearby. I didn’t like the check-in time. The property was closed to the place I visited in NY. Overall experience was good. The few things I didn’t expect. One was the room was very small. Second was the coffee capsules were not enough for the days of our stay. Third was the $66 charge for 2 hrs advance check in which I didn’t experience in o other stays.

We LOVED Kasa Lantern. Easy self check in. Very clean and cozy. Felt extremely safe with security inside the lobby. All staff we interacted with were very kind. Area has great food around and is a close walk to the subway. Will definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying at a Kasa property and it was just as good as the first. The apartment was very clean and smelled amazing from Sunday - Tuesday (when I departed). The soaking tub was EVERYTHING! After a long day of walking around the city the soaking tub was the ucing on the cake. Perfect!
