Experience here was horrible and a lie! Website claims it’s “eco friendly” but they used plastic containers as bottles of soap and shampoo and there was not a plant in any of the rooms like depicted in the pictures online. The air conditioner in our room was broke and did not turned on, trash was inside our drawers, the carpets were dirty and not vacuumed, the lights in both the front door and bathroom turned on and off automatically, even if you switched it off, which made it annoying to try and sleep throughout the night. When we tried to call for room service, the phone was broke and buttons were missing, as well as the wires cut off from both the phone AND alarm clock. So we went downstairs and they gave us a new room, but it was only slightly better (at least the lights cut off properly with our new room). Unless you want to be frugal and save money, DO NOT stay at this hotel.

We were supposed to check in at 3:00 pm but when we got there, they said the room wasn’t ready. We checked in 45 min later. The hotel room itself was clean. The staff behind the desk looked like she didn’t know what she was doing and she was dressed really casual

The property was an old holiday inn. It has not really been remodeled. The staff is very nice and the location is great. 2 blocks from the subway and 2 stops from mid town. Rooms do not have a coffee maker in them. There is coffee in the lobby. There are two elevators.
