The rooftop deck and terrace both have grills for cooking and have a gorgeous view of NYC. The gym is large with all the exercise equipment needed for working out. The doorman and entire staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Prospect Heights features tons of great restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping. There are 11 trains within a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment that take you all over NYC and into lower Manhattan within 15 minutes. Park Slope is a 5-minute walk, Fort Greene is 10-minute walk and Prospect Park is a 15-minute walk.
