Room was clean and nice, decent pizza shop across the street, nearby grand central. A/c was a little wacky in our room where it was either really cold or too warm but regardless wasn’t bad.

Room was very clean and modern. Our street view from the 5th floor was interesting to watch. There was noise while sleeping, but it's NYC, so I expected that. Continental breakfast included some tasty pastries and coffee. A grocery store, pizza place, and deli are all closeby. It was about a one mile walk to Times Square. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

This is a room smaller than your dorm room but very clean, functional, very well located, and workable if you accept that in exchange for very reasonable prices you have to deal with a kiosk, not a person. Would stay again.

I’m not sure why this property has such a high rating. The area is naturally busy, but you’d expect better soundproofing, it feels like the windows are open all the time because the noise from the intersection is so loud. I couldn't sleep during the nights. Im happy I just reserved 2 nights there. The photos showed a bathtub, but our room didn’t have one, and the staff didn’t help when we asked to change rooms. Breakfast was also very disappointing, it was just coffee and pastries and fruit (apple, banana). the croissants were so stale I couldn’t even finish a bite. Overall, not worth the rating or the price.

The location was convenient to where I needed to be, and the room was clean and cozy. The air unit wasn’t working, so they brought me a fan. Unfortunately, it was loud so I turned it off in the middle of the night. The walls are thin so I could hear folks from the adjacent room blowing their nose and watching tv.
