This is a one-of-a-kind 1,100 square foot multi-level, duplex loft within a large multi-unit brownstone with a large backyard/patio in the heart of Midtown West. Located 2 minutes from Penn Station and 5 minutes from the new Hudson Yards development, this living space is a unique urban oasis in the middle of Midtown Manhattan. Within a 15 minute (or less) walk, Uber or subway, you can easily get to Chelsea, Hell's Kitchen, SoHo, NoMad, Central Park, Times Square/Broadway, The Village, The West Side piers and highway, Macy's / Herald Square / 34th St shopping district, Midtown, Columbus Circle, Lincoln Center, TriBeca, and much more.

The apartment features a large 300 Sq foot master bedroom.with a California King bed, a seating area with a 8 foot long sofa, rug, a 42" tv, coffee table, and ample dedicated closet space. The 2nd bedroom is a small, funky windowless bedroom set in all navy blue and gold. The backyard includes a multi-level outdoor space including a 200 sq foot patio with seating. The recently refursbished kitchen has all modern appliances, a Keurig machine, a large, new 5 burner stove, and a full set of dinner and cookware. There is also a washer/dryer combo unit in the apartment. There is one regular-sized bathroom that has also recently been refurbished. The apartment also has a private side entrance shared with only one other unit in the building.
