This was a 1-Bedroom apartment converted into a "Junior 3" (a 3-bedroom), however, it is NOT the standard 3-bedroom apartment with conventional separate bedrooms with doors for privacy. It's more like one large open space split into areas, levels, Etc.
1st Bedroom is a proper bedroom with a Queen size bed for 2 guests, as well as a twin bed - for a 3rd guest. This room has curtains to close for privacy, not a door.
When you exit the room to the right, you go down 6 steps, you arrive at the 2nd "bedroom" that can host 2 additional guests, it is the "Nest", a unique boutique loft space that you climb up a ladder to get into, see video example:

Then you have the couch for guest no. 6 which is in the Livingroom that in this case doubles as a "3rd" bedroom.
