For this hotel to have all these hi-tech features they’ve spent tons of money on they should’ve bought disposable gloves so their cleaning ladies can get the hair out the shower. I was not please to see an entire wad of someone else’s hair in resting on the shower drain upon our arrival. We arrived in the evening and I was tired so I didn’t feel like going thru the process of changing my room. They had all day to get it right. No tissue paper in the bathroom, Box of Kleenex practically empty, I got made a mental list and got what I needed before we came back from our night outing. & I have pictures. Disappointed to say the least.
