The staff very lovely, friendly. Room clean. They need better instruction (they have none) for tv. As some channels work, some don’t. The internet could be a bit funky (at times). Good heat (in this very cold weather). And two 24/7 delis only half block away and laundromat across the street. Rooms, though, need a bedside table. For cell phone and drinks when in room.
Booked this for a few cheap nights in NYC. Wasn’t expecting much based on the price and area. But was very surprised. Room was excellent and pretty big for a cheap New York room. Comfortable bed. Everything was clean. Staff were great. Location was a couple of blocks from the closest subway. I felt safe all the time coming in and out at night. There are a number of other hotels adjacent. Would stay there again.
Little trouble getting checked in, but they made it up with offering some perks. Close to the Subway and only a few minutes to get to Manhattan. Easy to get to and parking was available at the affiliated hotel across the street for a reasonable price.

Upon arrival, I was informed the elevator was out of service. There was no TV remote control in the room, but the staff promptly took care of that. Water pressure in shower wasn’t up to par. Bed was comfy, and bedding clean.
Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient.
